Theresa Webb

Theresa designs the bright, open apartments that many of our buyers fall in love with at first sight. She has a gift for small spaces and finds room for storage, daylight and comfort where others see none.

She trained in Copenhagen, where she learned to design with daylight, wood and simple clean lines. Her projects have won two national awards for smart and affordable housing. Theresa also leads our green building group, which brings solar panels, rain gardens and better insulation into every new project. On weekends she cycles, paints and visits local markets.
