Leslie runs our digital marketing, from the website and online ads to the newsletters our clients read each month. He tracks what works, learns from what does not and helps more families find the right home.

Leslie joined Reland after five years at a busy travel startup, where he learned to test ideas quickly and keep things simple. He is the first to try a new tool and the last to leave a good conversation. Outside work he coaches a youth football team, travels with a small backpack and keeps a long list of the best coffee shops in every city he visits.
