David Bradley

David co-founded Reland and leads our finance and investment team. He finds the right land, sets up the funding for each project and makes sure every development stays strong and profitable for many years.

He spent fifteen years in commercial real estate in New York and Toronto before coming home to start the company with Jacob. David is known for his careful numbers and his calm manner in tough negotiations. He sits on the board of a local housing charity, plays tennis twice a week and is slowly restoring a classic wooden sailing boat with his son.
